At Ayorva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items, such as opened skincare products or perishable goods, may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ayorvanaturals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
